The app has a Help guide for every feature: tap the ? on Tonight, or open it from the parent area.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google: on iPhone, Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play › Payments and subscriptions. In Lambtime, the parent area’s Premium page has Restore purchases.

Deleting your information: what’s on your phone goes with Parent area › Delete everything, or by deleting the app. A family sharing account, and everything it sent, goes with Family sharing › Delete my account, or write to us and we’ll delete it. Family board pictures are deleted after 30 days on their own.

Family sharing: a parent creates the family in the parent area (Family sharing) and invites grandparents and family with a code. Accounts are for people 13 and older. A parent decides which recordings reach the child, and can take down anything on the family board.

Free trial: the app reminds you two days before it ends, so there are no surprises.
