Terms of use
Draft: not yet in force.
Welcome to Lambtime. These terms are an agreement between you and Kenisha Latiere Smith ("we"), the maker of Lambtime, a Christian bedtime app for families. By using Lambtime you agree to them. Please read them with our privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled.
Who can use Lambtime. Lambtime is for parents and caregivers to use with their children. Children use it with a grown-up, on a grown-up's phone. Family accounts (for sharing recordings and pictures) are for people 13 and older; a parent is responsible for their family's use of the app, including what their family members send.
Premium and subscriptions. Some features are part of Premium, a subscription bought through Apple or Google. The price and length are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple or Google account settings. A free trial, when offered, becomes a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before then; the app reminds you two days before. Founding families keep the launch price for as long as their subscription continues without a break. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Gift and friend codes are redeemed through Apple or Google and can't be exchanged for money.
What your family sends. You keep ownership of the recordings, pictures and words you or your family send through Lambtime. You give us permission to store them and deliver them to your family, only to run the app for you. Please send only what you have the right to share, be kind, and do not post pictures of children on the family board. A parent can remove anything sent to the family, and we may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.
Lambtime's content. The stories, prayers, songs, pictures and recordings in Lambtime are ours or used with permission, and are for your family's personal use. Bible verses are from translations in the public domain (the World English Bible, the King James Version, and the Reina-Valera 1909). Some narration, voices and music were made with AI tools, and the app says so. Some words are drafts that our reviewers are still checking.
Faith, not advice. Lambtime offers stories, prayers and songs for bedtime. It is not medical, sleep or psychological advice, and not a substitute for your child's doctor. Sleep sounds should be played at a gentle volume, away from your child; follow your doctor's advice about safe sleep.
Using Lambtime well. Please don't misuse the app: don't try to get into other families' accounts, interfere with the service, or copy and resell its content.
Changes and availability. We may improve, change or stop parts of Lambtime. If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we'll update the date below and tell you in the app.
Our responsibility. We work hard to make Lambtime reliable and safe, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Lambtime in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
The law. These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
